TREE Craze Foundation has been conferred with ‘BEST WATER NGO- WATER EDUCATION’ prestigious award by honourable Minister of Jal Shakti at the Water Digest’s Water Awards 2019-2020.

Water Digest Water Awards (WDWA) is India’s preceding and one of the most illustrious platforms to honor and appreciate outstanding and exceptional environmental initiatives and achievements.

Why us?

TREE Craze Foundation has been conferred with ‘BEST WATER NGO- WATER EDUCATION – PROMOTING JAL SHAKTI ABHIYAN’. This category was for an NGO, which has excelled in educating & enlightening societies and regions on water conservation and recycling. The criteria for selection of winners included Spreading Technological Awareness and Technological Innovativeness, impact on society, and environmental benefits. TREE Craze Foundation’s online bilingual quiz – Ganga Quest, Mobile app to calculate water footprint was widely appreciated as it exhibited technological awareness and innovativeness, whereas its campaign ‘Meri Yamuna Mere Ghat’ aimed at improving people-river connect, program STEER which sensitized school children for water conservation, waste upcycling, waste segregation, and composting; scored high for impact on society. The plantation drives and cleaner ghats also achieved environmental benefits making TREE Craze Foundation a winner.
